MY AMBITION

Everybody have their own ambition. Different people have different ambition like doctor, lecturer, lawyer, police, soldier, and sometime they just only want to be a good housewife. Ambition will motivate us to achieve our definite aim in life, which would enable us to be more focused and work hardly to make the dream becomes reality.

My ambition is want to be a teacher.  Actually, when I was in primary and secondary school, I do not like to be a teacher. There are many work to do and make me messy. I really want to be a syarie lawyer but my family and some teachers adviced me to choose a suitable ambition for myself. There are many problems if I choose to be a syarie lawyer. But when I was in standard six, I am really hope that I can be a teacher one day. In my opinion,  teacher is a good career specifically for girl who had married. They may have much ideal  time with their family. Teachers as well as students always wait for school holidays because they want spend time together with their family and lovely person.

Teacher profession is not only about educating student but also can be a medium to deliver dakwah to Muslim and non-Muslim too. As we know, teachers spread good values through their lectures in class. Good teacher may affected students to be better person in future. Now I am studying in Bachelor Syariah with Laws eventhough lawyer is not my ambition but I still like to study and explore about that. After finishing my degree, I can further my study in education course. Some people might say I just waste my time but for not directly choose education course for my first degree but I take this as a challenge.

Before this,I had been a teacher for a while. I taught standard four in  Arabic language and Hafazan. This is my beautiful experience in my life. I really miss that moments. I hope one day my dream will comes true. May all of you pray for me.

ولتكن منكم أمة يدعون إلى الخير ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر وأولْئك هم المفلحون
And let there be (arising) from you a nation inviting to (all that is) good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful.    [3:104]

Social media is not about what each one of us does or says, but about what we do and say together, worldwide, to communicate in all directions at any time by any possible (digital) means. -MICHELLE CHMIELEWSKI-

MY IDOL

MY LOVELY MOTHER

 * Enjoy with this song while read my blog

Normah binti Mohamed Amin, my lifetime idol. She is the  one that God sent to give birth to me. Back in the old days, she was a really hardworking person. She went trough many experience in working. She started at a Mushroom Factory and then at a school cafeteria and the last one at a large Herb Factory. So its not possible that I could be able to notice my mothers passionate about taking care of her children ever since I was a little girl. Why?? It is because at the end of the day, there she is at the kitchen preparing our teatime and also at night during dinner. She always cares about me and full of loves, smiles and laughter.

Time passes by, I grew up. That was the moments that we were like best friends. During holidays we hung out together, shared secrets and many cool teenage routine together. Meanwhile, during school days, she was a teacher-mother. I can still remember the nights during examination, I studied until late night but still, there she is right beside me.Mummy never misses to wish my birthday. In fact she will be the first to wish, and we often celebrate with dinning. Despite her last moments, she still remembers to wish.

After she had passed away, I am never forget our memory that we have make together. When I missed her, I recite Al-fatihah and sees her photo. She will always be my number one  idol for me even.
I LOVE YOU MOM.

The only reason I chose you is because I learned that in Islam, a womans heaven lays underneath her husbands blessings and her husbands blessings is towards the liability in being a wife and a mother to your children. So your whole life has been chasing towards our Jannah. That inspired me so much mother. I love you..

I love you mom but I know God loves you more..
Al-Fatihah.....

                                 CHINESE SUPERSTITIOUS

1) House Cleaning

The entire house should be cleaned before New Year's Day. On New Year's Eve, all brooms, brushes, dusters, dust pans and other cleaning equipment are put away. Sweeping or dusting should not be done on New Year's Day for fear that good fortune will be swept away. After New Year's Day, the floors may be swept. Beginning at the door, the dust and rubbish are swept to the middle of the parlor, then placed in the corners and not taken or thrown out until the fifth day. At no time should the rubbish in the corners be trampled upon. In sweeping, there is a superstition that if you sweep the dirt out over the threshold, you will sweep one of the family away. Also, to sweep the dust and dirt out of your house by the front entrance is to sweep away the good fortune of the family; it must always be swept inwards and then carried out, then no harm will follow. All dirt and rubbish must be taken out the back door.

2) New Year Activities Set Precedent

All debts had to paid by this time. Nothing should be lent on this day, as anyone who does so will be lending all the year. Back when tinder and flint were used, no one would lend them on this day or give a light to others.
Everyone should refrain from using foul language and bad or unlucky words. Negative terms and the word "four" , which sounds like the word for death, are not to be uttered. Death and dying are never mentioned and ghost stories are totally taboo. References to the past year are also avoided as everything should be turned toward the New Year and a new beginning.
If you cry on New Year's day, you will cry all through the year. Therefore, children are tolerated and are not spanked, even though they are mischievous.

3)  Personal Appearance and Cleanliness

On New Year's Day, we are not suppose to wash our hair because it would mean we would have washed away good luck for the New Year. Red clothing is preferred during this festive occasion. Red is considered a bright, happy color, sure to bring the wearer a sunny and bright future. It is believed that appearance and attitude during New Year's sets the tone for the rest of the year. Children and unmarried friends, as well as close relatives are given lai see, little red envelopes with crisp one dollar bills inserted, for good fortune.

INDIAN SUPERSTITIOUS

- After moving into a new home, they will patch cow dungs on the wall of their entrance to prevent evil spirits from coming in.

- Seeing an elephant when one is leaving for a journey is considered lucky. This is because an elephant represents Lord Ganesha, the Indian God who is the harbinger of good luck and removes obstacles.

- Seeing a peacock on a journey is also considered lucky, but hearing its shrill sound is bad.

- Indians feel happy if a sparrow builds a nest in a new house because it signals good fortune.

- A dog howling near a sick man's chamber predicts his death.

- Even the daily life of Indians is governed by beliefs and superstitions. For example, Monday is not an auspicious day for shaving and Thursday is a bad day for washing one's hair.

- One of the common things not to do in public is for couples to hold hands. Now if you are married then it will be okay, but if you are just dating, holding hands in public whether or not it is among the Indian community is sometimes deemed inappropriate. This is due to an old tradition where it is not allowed in the society so there is always a fear of ‘what if people see us?’. Since holding hands are deemed inappropriate, then kissing and hugging are totally out of the question.

- For Indian girls, they are not encouraged to wear short skirts or short pants in public. This is very common in fact among all culture but it is regarded to be quite a serious taboo among the more traditional families because such fashion tends to promote promiscuity.
