MY FAVOURITE DISHES



Assalamualaikum w.b.t..

       Last week, I got new  task from my lecturer. He wants every students in his class shares about favourite dishes. My favourite dishes is TIRAMISU BISCUITS. I can make it byself. Then, today I would like to share to all off you about the simple recipes of TIRAMISU BISCUITS..

INGREDIENTS :
250g Cream cheesed
250g Whipped cream
150g Sugar
½ Packets biscuits marry
½ Packet of coffe or mocha 3 in 1 (for garnishing purpose)
(Since,when I want to make it,I didn’t have coffe or mocha,so I had just use kacip fatimah :-P)



So, HOW TO MAKE IT??

1. Add cream cheese, whipped cream and sugar into a mixing bowl.
2. Beat using an electric beater or hand mixer for 4 or 5 minutes until creamy.
3. Dip biscuits into the coffee for several second. Don’t over dip as they will go soggy.
4. Arrange the biscuits into the tapeware or cup. 
5. Put and equate the cream micture on the biscuits. 
6. Spread with a 3-4 cm layer  of cream mixture evenly.
7. Keep layering biscuits and cream until cream mixture is finished.
8. Decorate the top of layers with any fruits such as grapes and strawberries.
9. Put into the fridge at least 2 – 3 hours, preferably overnight.



Alhamdulillah..Have done..times to eat with family and lovely person..Eating during the Timarisu is cold is the better because the tasted like ice cream..I think all of you must try this recipe.It is very simple and also very delicious.

       Other than that, serawa durian and somebody call it bubur durian or pengat durian is my favourite dishes. Honestly, I really love it..:) It is very simple to make it..First of all,you must have DURIAN..


1)  Put durian, santan, caster sugar, malacca sugar and pandan leaf into the pot.
2)  Cook all the mixture at least 20 minutes.


3)  DONE..
